    4th lesson which he didn’t talked about is “Firing employees in these tough times”. Mahindra & Mahindra fired it’s 200 + employees in last 3-4 months. He is master when it comes to fake it.

    Well said. But do look at the number of cases across the country where household members tested positive for Covid due to their maid or cook or driver or helper. The results would shock you. We did not keep a maid then and aren't keeping one now coz we know, such people just do not understand the severity of the pandemic. And we know cases too. We divide the household chores amongst us so that one does not tire down.
