China: These humans are doing the work of bees

Pollinating plants by hand. That's the method used in China's Sichuan province because of the decline of bee populations.

It's not just the honey, we destroy, larvae, and those to come. Speaking of pollination, those caterpillars (would be butterflies), would become our source to live.

    পটল চাষের ক্ষেত্রেও ফুলে ফুল ঠেকানোর রীতি চাষিদের মধ্যে দেখা যায়। কৃত্তিম পরাগ সংযোগ করা হয়।।

BUT they do this job not half as efficient as a bee would do - although they put much effort in it. I recommend the film "More than honey!" Phantastic pictures and a great insight into bee-keeping around the world! We just harvested 200kg of honey - starting at 7am, finishing at 8 p.m. tomorrow same again.
