Milk packets should be bottled in high quality PET bottles to encourage recycling rather than use sachets which pollute the environment due to ignorance of civic sense.

Germany : Only bottles are shown, what about plastics and food waste ? Same as ours. Last year they did not had bottles to fill beer. We are better. Dont show that everything is good of west. India is the only country who uses plastic in making roads and this article came in Germany...something to cherish

Sad about the risk to the health of recyclers in India, but I feel optimistic at the same time that slowly, very slowly, our country is changing for the better. Education will make a big difference.

In India this we were doing few years back that is to say we were using glass instead of plastic and we used to deposit a token sum and when we bought the next one we used to return first one.what we Indians do today world follows after a week then again we follow.The same is the case with Vedas and other religious practices
