In Nordic countries, everyone has the "freedom to roam"

In Finland, Sweden and Norway, there's a thing called "freedom to roam". It's actually a right protected by the law.

This is one country I WILL explore this or next year, freedom to roam is a fantastic law as long as non native roamers follow the rules. I will bet my life some won't..... I will enjoy the country I have always wanted to visit at Last the right way.

In America we cant fish rivers because someone paid for the ground underneath. Pretty neat huh.

In the Philippines, just like any other countries, you have the right to enjoy nature if..."the price is right"! The oppressed poor significantly has no right. They cannot afford such luxury.

Wish we had that in Canada. 90% the size of Europe with 4% of its population. We have a lot of room to roam and enjoy nature but sadly much of it is regulated.

We here in America have too many disrespectful people. They believe anything is okay as long as they don’t get caught. Steal. Destroy. Kill. Whatever they want. I wish it wasn’t like that.

Avoid leaving boot prints, too. Step on rock, not moss, whenever possible. The saying goes: 'Step on moss once, it will rise again, twice it will lie flat, three times and it's dead.' Mind you, if it is dry when you step on it it is destroyed immediately.

In America they tell you you are free, then they tax you for every item and rental on a space?
