We must learn good things from others. But, before that we must be aware of our prevailing system of administration

India is working towards its Paris Accord commitment. Recently India opened the biggest solar power grid in the whole world beating America's. To reduce India's depency on coal completely by 2030,India is working ro achieve that goal. Acknowledge whatever good is happening instead of just denigrating everything.

Even making a law about this in India won't matter much because there will always be a way for those middlemen and cheats to dodge the system through money or muscle power .. the country needs to have at least a 30% forest cover! And 21.54% is abysmal considering our infrastructure which is extremely poor

Even in India, you cannot cut your own trees without permission. You will land up in jail, if someone files a complaint against you. Brut India should do some googling before put stuff in its videos. https://www.commonfloor.com/guide/do-you-need-permission-to-cut-down-trees-in-your-premises-40909.html
