    Or just use solar panels to power the air conditioning? The hotter it is the more energy produced therefore net neutral air conditioning Alot of these changes just aren't adequate really. With humidity you risk damp and damage to your property. Not only that but humidity won't help for long. You also need to use house hold appliances in the heat so just turning them all of isn't a solution

    Your No. 2 wont work due to containers with water are prone to foster mosquitoes, causing the dengue fever and malaria. Also, humidity over 60% will get people eczema. Insulation is a much better idea.
