No it's pathetic. I prefer WFO. WFO is way better than WFH. At least you get to work 9 hrs.

I am absofuckinglutely loving it cz I don't have to see the fucked up face of my motherfucking boss; I can lie to him every now and then, take meetings sitting on my commode, smoke while working, itch my ball-sack without looking around and whatnot! Moreover, we're are deprived of pretty chicks in our office anyway!!!! Long live WFH🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

I'm in WFH since Pandemic seems like getting f**koff everyday. In office I worked for 8 or, 9 hrs during work took break for sports activities like table tennis or, chilling with colleagues in cafeteria brought extra energy which I couldn't expect in home. Sometimes I work at home for more than 11 hrs. without moving from table or same place. Now I gained extra weight, fat. I like office work. But, sometimes I feel Ok to be in home instead of living far away for job. 70% I am not happy in WFH.

No.. WFO is better. You get to meet people, your friends, your canteen wala uncle who'd give 1 extra chapati without anyone else looking, your cab driver who'd share bizarre stories, you office security guy who smiles when he sees you, I miss the little exchanges I had with them. Every once in a while new trainees join your co, and you get to mentor them... There's a whole world out there.

HR policy still have to go a long way, but yes as per "Global Workplace Analytics" survey 76% of global employees feels working from home is new normal. Mostly the sectors which require physical presence for work are facing a lot of issues. Also, the idea of scheduling half staff at one time and other half at one is really effective, which will also keep people recognised and relax due to covid. Well, god knows what gonna happen but really working from home feels much better 🙆

I think we should all look at 2/3 days a week work from home... Rest of the days we should go to office.... Meeting people face to face has got lot to do with one's personality development, communication skills and other mannerism which would be forgotten if we work from home forever

One thing is that work from home will be the new norm and it cannot be changed.
