03/30/2020 20:49One of the bull shit, no scientific or clinical data stories that comes around from time to time. Last time I heard of this craze was in the late 90ies. It was BS then and I'm afraid it's BS now. It may be a fine food, just like any other plant, but there's nothing magical about it. Eat your broccoli.

03/30/2020 19:43It tastes horrible. I give it to the cats and dog, though. They don't seem to mind. It is very good for them. Of course, it is mixed with a lot of other good supplements in their balanced raw food diet. I'll stick with the other more palatable seaweeds.
