    More bins on beaches , more fines for litter vandals , more education for general public .

    If people would put the trash in the cans provided, rather than throwing it on the ground we would not need to clean up the beeches

    Maybe, but most of the people seeing this probably live in the first world. Most of the plastic in the oceans comes from Asia and Africa. SO asking first worlders to clean the beaches probably isn't helping much.
