    I've been caught in such a cascade. On Victoria Peak in Hong Kong back in 1965. My nicely starched and pressed Navy whites were just soggy bags within seconds, Worse, some teen aged girls with high piled lacquired hair styles look like sea weed monsters in an equal amount of time.
