    Looking for work is definitely discouraging. You need to get yourself seen, apply to so much, do your best to convince a job that you are worth hiring.... It can be hard to keep going where the inclination is to just be discouraged and feel unworthy and worthless. Job hunting is the worst!!!!!

    Good to talk about that. Mental tiredness is a problem that we have not always conscious. It's sometimes a taboo for the person who live the burnout and because the person is afraid to talk about her burnout to her family, her boss etc. If you see someone who seems mentally tired, please don't judge and bring your support to this person.
