    Stop looking at just the mass of individuals but look at making the MANUFACTURERS accountable for relentlessly producing plastic products, even Pepsi and Coca-Cola are HUGE contributors. Enact laws and regulations on major manufacturers to switch to sustainable products, then you'll see a significant difference right away. Not just in the slow conversions of what needs to be billions of individuals working together.
