    Actually thats an albino cat they often inherited congenital (present from birth)like deafness,blindness and their eyes will sometimes be pinkish-red or light-blue eyes

    Shame I can't post a pic of our white cats with heterochromia, she could hear perfectly fine, and came to a whistle. Even modeled cat jewelry for a magazine once.
