what we need is a form of universal healthcare paid by the taxes ,,, we can cut military spending from the approximate 600 billion down to 100 billion and still have enough military assets and have that 500 billion that comes out of every Americans pocket to pay for healthcare that could be accessed at any time by any american ... europes taxes are not that much higher than america but they have free health care and free collage education for every citizen .. we need this as well because its not right for anyone to be hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt to just get more education

It wont pass. It will not. Nobody supports it. Dem or Rep. Trump has to go through others. Trust that.

I have two forms of government insurance no thanks to Obama.

Simple, a lot of us are on employer funded insurance, (at least, most of us with professional jobs,) so why should it be any different for Congress?

I can't even, every comment is people having no idea that health care was cheaper before the government stepped in and 'helped.' Taxation is theft. Read a book.

Again again again. Not that you idiots will listen. Obama care would not have failed, nor been a disaster had all of the states took the government backing to their Medicaid funds to support the bill. Republican run states purposefully (mine included, Missouri) did not do this in order to wreck the programs ability to succeed. At the same time insurance companies raised premiums on coverage strangely at the same time rising health care costs slowed to their lowest levels in decades and more money flowed into the system than ever before. Check out health care sector stocks after the passing of the ACA. Willful ignorance once more by those of you on the right.

How many times do I have to hear people demand, literally demand that we "make (something) affordable" by people who don't understand the economic processes that actually go into making products and services cheaper? If you knew what those processes were you wouldn't be advocating for the government to seize control of yet another facet of human life. You people are advocating, right now, for the creation of healthcare monopolies that your future self with rail against and you don't even know it. Your proposed solution (or rather the one solution given to by the media which you will accept) to those healthcare monopolies will undoubtedly be...more government.

If this bill is "good enough" for the public, it should be good enough for Congress.
