Always check with your doctor about turmeric when you are taking chemo: it turns out that with my particular cancer, endometrial, turmeric would have made the chemo less effective. So I avoided it during treatment, though it's ok to use it now. (I am in remission.)

To ingest the amount of tumeric to take advantage of its antioxidant properties, you’d get explosive diarrhoea and because it’s a blood thinner, you risk easy bruising and Internal bleeding.
There is no conclusive evidence of any medical benefits of tumeric. It’s another fad, and not a superfood.
I’m not saying don’t use it ... it’s great on curries, but beware of the hype surrounding it.

Best to use raw turmeric. Otherwise buy quality form of turmeric powder. Compromising on money gets you inferior turmeric powder.
Haha, FB is always listening , this just came up on my newsfeed.

With knowing the meaning of the caption these frauds patented an Indian medicine which has been there for around centuries naturally under themselves as if they invented it.
Since when the patent board approve to a thing that was naturally found.. ??

I know people this has really helped.
I've been using it for 1 month and not noticed any improvments yet. I'm still hoping.
