3 times world leaders almost started nuclear war

If it feel makes you feel any better: Donald Trump wouldn't be the first president to bring us to the brink of nuclear war! 😂 😂 😭

He's not bringing us to the brink of war. This is the Clinton's the bushes and the obamas fault for being so lenient on north Korea. Either we take them out now or they will hit us with a nuke in the very near future. You people are so stupid and blind

Others started this. Trump may have to finish it. Not a prospect that he or we relish. The Cuban Missile Crisis was more tense, because mutual annihilation was a definite possibility. However, both sides were reasonably sane, and managed to avert catastrophe. Regardless of what some bozos think, trump is quite sane. The other side is patently NOT!

North Korea does not own any nuclear warheads they can export, if you get my drift. This wouldn't be a nuclear war, it doesn't have to be... Even if North Korea could launch an ICBM with a nuclear warhead, at the US, our missile defense system is one of if not the best in the world, with millions of missiles on standby to intercept 1 inbound missile. North Korea doesn't have the capacity to make thousands or even hundreds of them either, their economy is weak and grows weaker with these sanctions. Russia and China are both aware of the dangers a radical and unchecked North Korea poses, TO EVERYONE. They would not back the fat, arrogant, delusioned leader of the DPRK. They've shown they want North Korea's idiocy to be stopped already.

It would have devastating effects on the world and humanity. If we bomb them with a nuke to destroy their nukes... we nuke people... in Japan, South Korea, in China... we hurt more than one man... we hurt millions of people. WE CANT AFFORD TO DO THAT!!! Some one will nuke us back y'all... diplomacy and sanctions is definitely the best path to chose

As someone who lives on Guam, this whole situation is very stressful and I wish he'd do something instead of talking about what he'll do if North Korea decides to follow through with their threats. It's gotten to the point here that people are getting scared they might not wake up in the morning.

Trump could nuke Canada, and you people would still be like , Canada had it coming, he didn't start it, he finished it.

Well the issue is that mutually assured destruction is not enough to stop it from happening. We have one guy who thinks it'll be a one sided fight, and another who doesn't care if they are wiped off the map.

I'm not sure what the hell the correct response is supposed to be . I don't like trump and I didn't vote for him , but I think there is such a thing as being too lenient. Maybe North Korea wouldn't be so quick to make statements like that if they felt like the United States was more than willing to return the favor .

I rarely if ever agree on Trump, but N Korea has a trigger happy dictator that wants to blow people up. He's just doing what any other president would.
