Being accelerated because of all natural climate cycle. Stop lying! The fact that the carcasses and the ivory are there and now being uncovered as the permafrost is changing, shows that the permafrost is part of a cycle that didn't exist previously. Therefore the claims of this being caused by global warming, and trying to attribute it to man are misleading and false.

Oh great. I hope these guys aren't ruining specimens that could be sources for intact DNA for the de-extinction effort.

They have mining ⛏ them for a long time. They use high pressure hoses to cut throw the permafrost. Global warming has nothing to do with it.

This is in the process of being banned. 20,000 elephants are poached every year. Their ivory is being sold as 'mammoth ivory'. Soon this will be banned worldwide.

Maybe this will spare living elephants and other endangered animals.... while humans destroy the earth.
