    Fucking ridiculous. She’s preaching about not wasting anything and taking advantage of ingredients.... she dead ass wasted eggs and wine and mushrooms. Also all this food must’ve cost her WAY more at the store than necessary. Parmesan rind?!? You can afford blocks of fresh cheese and shit? Brah.... Come down to Cajun country and see how we sustain and cook off the land with very little, and much better. Go fuck yourself coullion.

    So easy :) I have been doing this forever. I put all my veggie scraps in a bucket in the freezer. When it gets full, throw it in the crock pot, fill with water and turn on low for 10-12 hours (you can also throw in a chicken carcass or ham hock if you have any). Come home, delicious broth which I strain and freeze or use for dinner fixens. SO easy any yummy. Then all the used veggie scraps get fed to the chickens. Zero waste :)
