Oregon just decriminalized hard drugs

"The idea is to stop arresting and jailing people simply for possessing drugs." Meanwhile... Oregon just became the first state to decriminalize hard drug possession.

Perhaps some of the reasons this ballot measure was approved may be found in this Human Rights Report. https://www.hrw.org/report/2016/10/12/every-25-seconds/human-toll-criminalizing-drug-use-united-states

This post lost my attention as soon as it showed footage of voters standing in line. There are no lines of voters because Oregonians vote by mail.

From what I understood, mushrooms won't be available to just anyone, but only under doctor supervision in a medical facility?

I’m a former Oregonian who was deported to Germany in 2013 because of a hard drug crime so I’m happy to see that others back there will be offered rehabilitation if they chose it.Thanks for posting this and here’s more of my story. https://youtu.be/nIDWm14j8IY

Maybe if all drugs dealers were given zero strikes you are permanently out use death penalty because a. They deal death and destruction of of people and families b. Drug user then commit crimes to get money to give to the drug dealer and c. They don’t pay taxes on the income they make. Death penalty would make this go away because if people are executed and I say give them Overdoses of the crap they sell. Also all possession taken and sold unless they can prove payment made by legal means

Great, see you in 20 years or sooner, when you will have 90% of young population on heavy drugs like cocaine and heroin. You definitely lost war on drugs forever.
