Rise & Fall Season 2 is coming back with a new host and a fresh line-up of contestants. The reality show will premiere on 26 September 2026, with former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag hosting the new season.
The makers have so far confirmed four contestants from the 15-member line-up: Swara Bhasker, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Karan Patel. The remaining names have not yet been officially announced.

The first four contestants officially revealed for Season 2 are:
1. Swara Bhasker
Swara Bhasker is one of the first four contestants confirmed for Rise & Fall Season 2.
The actor, known for films including Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa and Veere Di Wedding, will enter the reality show alongside television personalities and political commentator Shehzad Poonawalla.
In a statement released alongside the promo, Bhasker said the combination of different personalities and the show's power dynamics made the experience interesting for her.
2. Shehzad Poonawalla
Shehzad Poonawalla is another confirmed contestant on Rise & Fall Season 2.
Known for his appearances as a political commentator, Poonawalla will be entering a reality-show competition where contestants have to form alliances while also competing against one another.
Poonawalla said the format would be interesting because contestants who enter as strangers could find themselves working together at one point and on opposite sides at another.
3. Priyanka Chahar Choudhary
Priyanka Chahar Choudhary is also joining the Season 2 cast.
The television actor is familiar to reality-TV audiences from her appearance on Bigg Boss 16, where she was the second runner-up. She will now enter another reality competition, this time built around changing positions of power.
Choudhary said the Ruler-to-Worker dynamic gives the show a different dimension from the reality television formats she has previously experienced.
4. Karan Patel
Karan Patel completes the first four contestants revealed by the makers.
The television actor has been a familiar face on Indian television and has also participated in reality television. On Rise & Fall, he will compete as himself rather than in a scripted role.
Patel said the show's competitive nature and the need to make decisions as the game changes were among the aspects he was looking forward to.
