    This is rather very sad and even many of the highly qualified engineers are still opting to work abroad. How will India or its economy will grow if the basics are not clear. Freedom and ease of business in our country is just being squeezed up these days. We are allowing hundreds of Chinese companies in. But not our fellow Indians who wants to start something in India.
