    Just after getting job in civil services or police They just forget the they took an oath of being a public servant and become a public master as well as a jury, judge and Executioner because they know that there will be no consequences. Just a suspension order for 1 week or if the case is viral or high profile, just a transfer, nothing else. So how can we expect them to not behave like a public master instead of a public servant.
