Brut journalist Pragyah met some of the most marginalised women in Bihar’s capital, Patna, women whose struggles the upcoming government can no longer afford to ignore. Most women we spoked to belonged to the Dalit community. They said the Rs. 10,000 aid under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana gives them hope for a better life, but many still live without toilets or schools for their children.
