Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was approached by a young girl, who said her father was in heavy debt and needed support. The interaction happened outside the polling booth in Mumbai’s Juhu, where the actor was present to cast his vote in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) civic elections. After voting, as Akshay was about to leave, the girl stopped him and explained her family’s financial situation. The actor paused, listened to her plea and asked her to share her contact details with his team, so they could look into it. The girl bent down to touch his feet in gratitude, but he gently stopped her, telling her not to do so.
