This video from Delhi Metro’s Naraina Vihar station showed a man urinating on the station platform. The incident took place during operating hours, with commuters present nearby. After noticing he was being recorded, he walked away.Social media users called for strict action and enforcement of public conduct rules. Urinating in public at a metro station is treated as indecent behaviour under Section 59 of the Delhi Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002. Under this, a person could be fined up to Rs. 500 and may be removed from the station.
