This golden statue of a naked Donald Trump is currently on display at the European Parliament building in Strasbourg, France. The exhibition, titled "The Orange Plague," was sponsored by Danish politician Per Clausen and created by Danish artist Jens Galschiøt. MEPs are allowed to host displays on parliament grounds as long as the exhibition is approved by a board of officials. The statue depicts Trump on the shoulders of a frail man and contains a sign that quotes the "King of Injustice" saying he would do anything to help the man who he is weighing down, "except step down from his back." “The way Trump acts is a very, very big problem for people in Europe. I want to raise the discussion in Europe about how we can make our self-defense against Trump, and how can we make politics that is not dependent on him," Danish MEP Per Clausen said about his choice to sponsor the statue. #Statue #EuropeanParliament #Trump #Protest #Exhibit
