A 19-year-old student from Bihar, who was trapped under the rubble of Delhi's Satya Niketan building collapse, managed to send out a video seeking help before rescuers reached him. As of publishing, at least seven had lost their lives, while 12 people had been rescued from the debris, as per the Delhi Police. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta visited the site and the injured at the hospital, ordering strict action against those responsible for the collapse. She said that water had accumulated in the basement while repair work was underway, contributing to the collapse as reported by BBC.
