India wrapped up its campaign at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow with 39 medals, finishing fourth on the overall medal table.
The Indian contingent won 13 gold, 17 silver and 9 bronze medals, with boxing emerging as the country's most successful discipline. Weightlifting, athletics, para athletics and judo also contributed significantly to India's medal haul.
Among the biggest highlights was Mirabai Chanu, who claimed her third consecutive Commonwealth Games gold medal, while Gulveer Singh became the only Indian athlete to win two medals at the Games.
