Like gas and coal pollution doesn't hurt farm produce? I guess that can be hidden more easily.

I'm all about individual energy independence. Its the absolutely best answer. Unfortunately the large monied interests of the planet don't like that idea because it takes away a significant chunk of their power over us. For today, because of the deadline we face to save this planet (there is no planet B) we need to accept something less than perfect to maintain our civilization.

Who makes money from the wind mills? If the wind mill has to be taken down let the company remove it should be part of the contract. Like the oil pipelines it should be remove by the company.

Have seen some houses run on wind turbines that are not much bigger than a basket ball on top of a car alternator surely with today’s tech we could make them way smaller and way more enviro friendly

There is a new type of wind turbine that does not have revolving propeller blades Instead, it is a pole like structure that vibrates with the wind to produce energy. The good feature about this device, is that it does not kill migrating birds that fly into a revolving propeller.

Put a wind turbine near me. I will happily endure wind turbine syndrome (because it doesn't exist), the reduction in bird and insect life (because it won't happen), and the myriad of other horrible things attributed to wind turbines (because it is a bunch of fabricated lies). Oh! People are going to make money out of them? Please make up your minds what bothers you more - people making money or not making money... What shall we accuse the 'greenies' of this week - socialism or capitalism? You'd have to have your head seriously in the sand about global heating to think any of these arguments are even worth listening to.

It's the French. Maybe they should try getting used to them instead of surrendering for a change.

Sounds like you guys want to blame bad politics for wind not working for you. Fix the rules that make you pay more for renewables

Wind turbines are all over the south of Sweden. I have not noticed Swedish cows being worried about it. Of course French cows may be more sensitive in comparison to Swedish cattle.

They say they kill the birds, but from the pictures I see I don't see any trees for the birds to live in.
