A woman in the Philippines is being hailed as a hero after rescuing her two dogs from a fire. The fire broke out on Dec. 10 in the city of Mandaue, in the central Philippine province of Cebu. According to local media, the incident occurred in a three-story building that housed a polystyrene manufacturing facility. Moments later, she made another attempt using a different ladder. The woman did not suffer any serious injuries. Neither did the two dogs.
