The same thing has been happening in Australia! They use what little water we have to try and grow cotton and rice (which are high consumers of water)in arid areas of Australia destroying the environment all for the almighty dollar! When will these greedy governments realise that our country is about 80% desert and will never be able to sustain these crops! 🤔😳🙄😤

Yet another example of mankind screwing up a good thing with his greed and haughtiness. They want more, more, more, now have nothing

What an ecological disaster, we can never fix, there’s a million of them going on and we really need to stop raping and abusing our planet.

Can't imagine how horribly devastating a greedy human can do to a very large rich lake. 😐 Poor Aral Sea, poor fishes, poor endemic creatures. It seems like a nightmare but when you wake up it's all real!
