    Ahahhaha I live here and omg they smoke like trucks and eat a lot of sugar, drink a lot of alcohol in a daily basis. They overeat too. Well, depends on the area.

    I live in Spain and some of this is true but some it’s false 😂😂 we don’t have that much of a healthy lifestyle but we do put olive oil on everything 😂

    In Spain we have all kinds of climates where we can grow all kinds of vegetables, fruits and consume them fresh..not to mention the sun and its vitamin B,better weather to go out and do sports.. foreigners only they think of tapas and party in Spain..they are so wrong! I'm so sorry for those who are offended but Spain is better than others by far..

    Im Spanish Living in UK almost 4 years , my opinion people life more longer in Uk maybe not of the best healthy way but they do, in spain Lots of people die between 50-80 hearts problems because our food is better but rich in fats also 😅 the elderly helps in spain is poor o nothing same with disabled people or with special needs, in uk sometimes not the best but they are very organised in that , nobody dies in Uk with 80 years old alone at home without money to pay electricity or food ,in spain is happening! A lot, so I was working in emergency number 4 years in spain in Uk I work in care so I have like a little idea about what I am talking , not very agree, just in Mediterranean diet is good if you doing well of course 😅
