It better include enough chocolate, otherwise depression and suicide will skyrocket.

It seems we always have some to tell us what to eat.

I feel God Kent near to be eaten! When Adam and Eve realized they were backed God made them clothes out of a sheep an n or some type of animal skin......do you think God wasted the meat from the animal? No l think that was the first time Adam and Eve were taught how to prepare and eat meat . God would not waste meat l am sure!

Could save more lives if the economy wasn't so shit and they didn't make shit so costly.

is this...a joke? haha. Monoculture completely depletes soil of its nutrients. But we are going to be able to feed everyone as plant-based eaters? In no way am i against eating plants, but i am against the idea that a plant-based diet is at all sustainable. I do not support mass agricultural production of meat and dairy, but i do support my local cattle farmers where the cows graze on grass while nourishing our soils. That’s the epitome of sustainability. Sustainability is supporting local farmers, eating less processed foods like (plant-based milks) - which almond milk is getting a very bad rep with catalyzing the extinction of bees, buying fruits and veggies local which is pretty hard for some vegans that aren’t in complementative climates.

Another day another fucking diet... controlling freaks obsessed with dictating other people what to eat. Eat what you like grow or raise what you can your self sustainably and the rest buy from Permaculture or Organic farmers and artisans. Forget about diets eat what you want

You will be killing everyone who has food allergies. It is amazing how these people put out these diets, without showing alternatives, for common food allergies. That is negligent.

Amazing how everyone is an expert on nutrition in the face of adjusting a diet to not eating meat..
