    You ready to take the walk. A few weeks back in Sedona Arizona myself Lori Pat and peanut took a 6-mile hike for the Grand Canyon region Rocky hilly with no barriers not quite as bad but bad I can't believe we did that fortunately everything turned out okay. A tourist guide with us who told us that many a Time helicopters were sent in to rescue injured people.
