This is the proof of failing administrators who are passing the ball from one to another and blaming the doctors and hospitals for the same.

When you can open hospital. You are supposed to hire such team for such works. Still good that you have alerted official in time.

Stupidity, He can book the officer's who send them this notice under same disaster management act, it was their due too ro keep supply of Oxygen Cylinder to local Vendors & keep adequate stock of Oxygen looking at the scenario of the Country & states in India. Should held PM also responsible for shortage of Oxygen in Country, on what basis did he export 9000 metric tonnes of Oxygen to Bangladesh just one month prior this shortage of Oxygen. PM is the real culprit had if any one had guts than book him under disaster management act.
