As a French patriot I am sorry for what happened, that man was an activist for justice and did not deserve to drown. But as the only western nation whose nuclear arsenal doesn’t depend on the US, and as a historic middle way between America and Russia, although we were shamefully reintegrated into NATO in the past years, understand why this could easily be interpreted as pressure from an Anglo Saxon organisation for France to lose any kind of military autonomy. I’d like to be explained why Greenpeace went to hinder French tests first, rather than Russian or American ones.

The nuclear age 🤣 yeah that came and went didn't it. Shame Greenpeace now uses some of the dirtiest tactics out there now. An organisation fueled by money and greed making out that's it's on your side.
